- Order Process
a. Placing an Order
To place an order, simply browse through our product selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide your contact details, shipping address, and payment information to complete the transaction.
b. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review the confirmation and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
c. Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation. If any issues arise with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. - Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including:

• Mobile Banking
• Cash on Delivery (for specific locations) - Shipping & Delivery
a. Shipping Times
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Within Dhaka: 24-48 hours
• Outside Dhaka: 24-72 hoursPlease note that delivery times may vary depending on the availability of products and external factors.
b. Shipping Charges
• Inside Dhaka: 80 Taka
• Outside Dhaka: 130 Taka (paid in advance) Additional charges may apply based on the delivery location. - Order Changes & Cancellations
a. Order Modifications
Once an order is confirmed, we begin processing it immediately. Therefore, any modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, no changes can be made.
b. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately via email or phone. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the items according to our Return Policy. - Returns & Exchanges
a. No Returns After Delivery Completion
Once the delivery man has left and the payment has been confirmed, no returns are accepted. Please inspect your order carefully before confirming receipt.
b. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 24 hours after delivery if:
• The product is in its original condition and packaging.
• The product has not been used or damaged.
• You contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
c. Exchange Due to Size Issues or Our Mistake
If the exchange is required due to a size issue or a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong product delivered), we will process the exchange at no additional charge.
d. Customer-Initiated Exchange
If you do not like the product or wish to exchange it for a different style, size, or color, we will accept the exchange but an additional charge will apply. The customer will be responsible for any extra shipping costs or product price differences.
e. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items, such as lingerie, may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged. - Refund Process
a. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges as per our policy if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery. - Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund as applicable. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in such cases. - Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. After the 24-hour window, exchanges will not be accepted.
